The Marketing Store is a leading Global Sourcing & Sales Promotion Agency that has built long term partnerships with a number of recognized international brands. To match with our growing business needs, we are now seeking a high calibre team player to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

- Review the seating layout and Work on initial quotation, scoping and planning of the project;

- Prepare detailed project plans for the works program, and coordinate the work of all site operations;

- Co-ordinate with customers in relation to the order enquiry and follow up projects;

- Responsible for monitoring the project budget;

- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, timeframe, and budget;

- Responsible for product costing and development, technical and material sourcing and testing;

- Provide quality services to customers and handle customers’ enquiries politely;

- Overview project operations, sourcing, planning, engineering work and monitoring daily operation;

- Handle customers’ complaints efficiently and effectively with possible solutions.

Requirements:

- Degree in Foreign Trade or equivalent qualifications

- At least 2-3 years order and production follow-up experience preferably in the furniture industry

- Solid experience in quotation, shipping documents and quality issues

- Knowledge in CAD software is an asset

- Proactive, independent and good at customer services

- Fluency in both spoken and written English, Level 6 in CET is plus

- Ability to work under tight schedule and travel as necessary
