Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination
Support Territory Manager in coordinating and supporting the execution of key projects and activities in-market under the School and Afterschool business, with national distributor and subdealer network including but not limited to lead tracking, stakeholder check in meetings, training activities, visits etc.
Incorporate best practices into the above tasks
Business Forecasting and Reporting
Coordinate with distributor and other stakeholders to prepare, generate regular reports relating to various business segments, as well as ad-hoc reports
Present such reports to internal and external stakeholders
Sales Network Support
Supporting day to day business enabling tasks including but not limited to coordination with shipping and operations on delivery, with finance on goods and payments to and from vendors, distributor, dealers, operators and other internal parties etc.
Other tasks as assigned by Territory Manager
Desired qualities:
- Curiosity and Willingness to learn
- Team player
- Able to multi-task in dynamic business environment
- Resourceful, think out-of-box, problem-solving skills
- Pro-active attitude
- Detail oriented
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- MS office skills essential especially MSExcel and MS Powerpoint.
Previous job experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in business development and/or sales support function in an international company operating in China.
- Experience within China’s education sector (channels, key stakeholders, end users) would be viewed favourably but not essential
Preferred Educational Background:
- Minimum Masters’ degree but candidates with Bachelors’ degree and strong working experience will be favourably considered
