- 大学毕业
- 具备优秀的领导力,组织能力,演示及谈判技巧
- 良好的书面及口头表达能力
- 熟练的电脑操作技能:MS Word, Excel 及 PowerPoint
- 普通话和英语流利
- 懂法语者优先
工作职责:
· 负责员工的考勤,根据公司要求提供考勤报表
· 协助单位领导层处理日常办公事务;作为员工及管理层之间的纽带; 向员工传达相关制度
· 协助总部办公室业务运作
· 协助管理并跟进供应商及中国各城市员工之各项事宜
· 协助管理层组织安排业务会议等;根据要求预定机票 食宿;做好会前准备、会议记录和会后内容整理工作;
· 依据人力资源要求计划,组织各种形式的招聘工作、收集招聘信息,协助招聘工作;
· 配合人事招聘,录用,评估,辞退等相关事宜
· 配合人事部门进行员工培训、测试等相关事宜
· 负责公司日常的卫生管理
· 管理公司内部相关的文件等行政工作。文书及翻译工作
· 负责日常办公用品的采购, 协助采购公司所需的其他物品
· 前台工作:电话接听转接 、解答咨询及传递信息、资料管理、文件复印、传真整理、快件寄送、 签收、来宾接待、其它文秘工作。
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Must possess excellent leadership, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in IT: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Should be fluent in English
- French Knowledge would be a plus
The main tasks are:
· Responsible for recording employees’ attendance, send the attendance report according to the company's policy
· Provide assistance to the management to deal with the routine office work; Be the link between the management and the employees; deliver the related company regulations to the staffs
· Provide assistance to the office operations, Manage and follow up with suppliers and all the staff across China
· Assist the management to arrange the business meetings, book tickets, accommodation; taking meeting minutes and following the meeting requirements if needed.
· Arrange the Job offer posting, collecting the recruitment information and provide assistance to the requirement work according to the HR department requirements.
· Provide assistance to the staff recruitment as hiring, evaluation, dismissal and other related matters according to the HR department requirements.
· According to the HR department’s requirements, provide assistance in staff training, test and other related work.
· Responsible for daily office cleanness
· Manage the admin files, handling paper work and translation work when needed.
· Responsible for the routine office supply, and assist in purchasing the other items needed.
· Reception tasks as answering phone, provide consultation and deliver information, data management, document copying, faxing, delivering express, receive the express, client reception if needed and other admin work.
