R07 - Regional Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:
1.Technical support/cooperate with central technical team
a. Work closely with PCN central technical department
b. Update technical issue/ quality issue in time
c. Assist central technical department to do investigation/ inspection/ analysis on customer car.
d.Regular communication/reporting to central technical department.

2.Technical onsite support and diagnosis
a. On site support for technical issue using a structured approach in anticipating and resolving problems
b. Teach technician in correct way of diagnosis and analysis. Makes constructive recommendations in relation to diagnosis even when faced with complex problems
c. Demonstration of using special tool and equipment
d. Uses the system architecture and detailed functions of process supporting systems/tools in an efficient way
e. Special case inspection accident, fire case.

3. Teamwork and self improvement
a. Effectively identifies issues that may effect other areas of the business
b. Communicates effectively with multiple departments and act as liaison for technical issues.
c. Actively supports all areas of the business.
d. Aids colleagues within and outside the technical department
e. Strong self development /learning skill

Requirements:
Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience
Experienced Automotive Technician 5 years at least, Porsche experience prefered
Experience of accurate diagnosis & logical problem solving
Excellent trouble shooting skills
Experience of working to challenging targets and tight deadlines
Previous customer relations experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of systems and Porsche product
Positive mental attitude
PC skills - Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access
Good English communication, writing and reading skill
