职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Ensure that the sales process meet all requirements of the Porsche brand, in regards to CI standards, Sales & Marketing Retail Standards, etc.
? Ensure that all tools such as showroom & demonstration vehicles are clean and in order
? Guarantee the availability of sufficient sales materials, brochures and/or product guides
? Sell Porsche vehicles, accessories, warranty plans and financial services by either managing the sales department or own sales activities
? Identify customer needs and match those needs with Porsche products and/or service offerings
? Manage customer feedback that includes the organisation of an efficient complaint management process according to Porsche standards
? Pursue, encourage, comply and exceed all standards, procedures and guidelines by Porsche / Porsche China
? Regular monitoring, analysing and enhancing of all established work related processes according to Porsche / Porsche China regulations
? Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China
? Utilise Porsche provided tools such as Porsche Sales Vehicle Management System (PVMS), Porsche Partner Network (PPN), New Porsche Academy (NPA) and others in daily work
Attributes
? Ideally 3-5 years working experience in the automotive retail industry or in a similar position
? College degree required, university degree in relevant field of study preferred
? Understanding and imposing Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
? Be a representative ("ambassador") of the Porsche brand in all customer contacts and other aspects
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus
? Proficient IT knowledge (MS office, Lotus Notes and Internet)
? Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
? Honesty, integrity and smart appearance
? Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
? Highly self-motivated and target orientated
? Open minded attitude towards customers, prospects and general trends in the automotive field
? Empathy for customers
? Ability to work independently as well as in teams
? Ability to work well under pressure
? Excellent organisational and analytical skills
? Willingness to learn and to adapt to change
