Senior Account Manager

Responsibility:
1.This created role is to assist in the SAP/Oracle project development and sales.
2.Identify winning strategies to develop clients' business from existing business leads
3.Identify winning strategies to develop rights and properties
4.Work with the Project Director to increase the skills, marketing ability and creativity of the events team, in line with market competitiveness
5.In conjunction with team, develop and create approved strategic blueprint
6.Day to day communication with key client contact to provide strategic advice and insight
7.Manage internal resources to deliver agreed parts of blueprint program
8.In consultation with Senior Team, negotiate benefits and properties to populate blueprint and in line with general strategic direction
9.Manage client relationships with a view to 'up selling' services and activities
10.With Director, create and communicate an Account Manager and client management path to winning and retaining client business
11.Workshop proposals to collectively develop strategy and create supporting documentation to present to client
12.Clearly provide leadership through open communication of key learning internationally and contextually, where possible, and ensure a two-way knowledge transfer amongst Chinese and international staff within company.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Communication, Marketing, Advertisement and PR.
2.More than 7 years working experience in consulting company with background such as SAP/Oracle marketing, advertisement, PR consulting, SAP/Oracle project management, etc.
3.Good understanding of international standard and strong team management skill
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5.Willing to travel frequently and work in tight timeline
6.Good writing skill both in Chinese, English.
7. Good command of Microsoft Power Point software and Excel.
