General Summary
You're expected to work with oversea counterpart team to provide consultant and deep level support (L3) to existing SeeBeyond, BizTalk and CIT solutions, and engaged to join testing activities during software development lifecycle. Play as senior technical support engineer for HP services and key component, and your English and Communication skills should be capable to manage technical staff with HP Global Teams; problem solving orientated and process driven.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver 9*5 regular Application Management Support and 24*7 on call support
- Work with global teams to setup new system environment in regions.
- Manage and resolve the Incidents to restore the running SERVICE to customers.
- Identify and resolve the Problems to reduce the adverse impact to the system and disruption of service.
- Manage UAT testing and verification; Deploy new changes and releases to production with fully testing and preparation.
- Manage and maintain the Service Level Agreements by developing proper reports.
- Manage and conduct the Service Continuity by setting up Disaster Recovery environment and process.
- Manage and execute the Application Releases.
- Provide cross training to other teams.
- Provide cross training to other teams.
- Deliver regular operation activities, including updates, installation, monitoring, availability, capacity, security review and etc.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5-year experience in Software Development or Support.
- Experience with UNIX operating system.
- Experience with XML tools (e.g. XMLSPY).
- Experience with Java.
- Familiarity with System Development Lifecycle.
- Preferred to have experience working with RDBMS databases (e.g. Oracle).
- Preferred to have experience with SeeBeyond 4.5.3 and SRE 5.0 Adapters (HTTPS, FTP, SAP or Seibel).
- Preferred to have experience with Event Driven Integration (Messaging, Publish/Subscribe, Send/Receive) and Service Oriented Integration (Web
