Job Description *

Need a highly motivated individual with the capability to build internal relationships and develop regional NPP Sourcing and supply base strategies for our China region. The position will take part in effectively controlling spend in the Indirect/MRO commodities and scale to support anticipated growth along with the corporation. This position will interact with NPP Commodity leads and site NPP leads to ensure consistency and execution of strategies and procedures.

- Responsible for supporting NPP Sourcing and supply base management strategies, policies and contracts for South Asia and China, focusing on Indirect/MRO spend.
- Work closely with site NPP teams to review and analyze spend and develop strategies that will drive synergy savings.
- Enforce supplier compliance
- Provide spend and savings reports
- Address sourcing issues and escalations for the region.
- Identify business trends and develop appropriate recommendations and strategies.
- Implement processes to reduce cost and optimize site satisfaction.
- Utilize internal systems including E-sourcing tool to perform project activity updates and Agreement approvals.
- Project management

Job Requirements *
- Excellent oral and written skills with proficiency in English.
- Min 6 years experience in procurement and managing Indirect/MRO commodities.
- Experience in expensed commodities or service contract will be a plus.
- Excel, PowerPoint and other software skills.
- Proficiency in contract terms negotiations.
- Knowledgeable about eAuction tool
