Program Management Manager

[Job Description ]

1. Manages weekly report and monthly summary report
2. Adjusts/Plans project priorities by forecast
3. Gets involved in regular project planning and prioritization exercises with RD centers
4. Manages the project planning, including effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning, risk remediation, dependency management etc.
5. Is responsible for maintaining strong project governance and transparency on all aspects of the project.
6. Delegates responsibilities for business analysis, development, testing and deployment efficiently and effectively.
7. Monitors progress of the aforementioned teams, whilst keeping track of cost.
8. Tracks issues and risks. Escalates all problems in a timely and clear manner.
9. Has overall responsibility for the smooth running of the project
10. Ensuring that project implementation reviews are performed and actions are taken by the respective owners for follow up and completion.


[Job Requirements ]

1. Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent, Master degree holder or PMP certified is a plus
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management in the manufacturing industry
3. Fluent in written and spoken English
4. Experience with managing multiple virtual teams, preferably including China teams.
5. Knowledge of supply chain management and factory operation in manufacturing service business.
6. MS office skills, especially Excel and Power point
