SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS:
?Interface with Foundry for technology evaluation, transfer and qualification.
?Accountable for improving product performance and quality, reducing production
cycle time, and lowering production cost.. }7 F; V$ m' J& H' i, c
?Monitoring parametric performance and yields of products (trends and SPC),
and reporting them weekly meeting. ' O, W' a7 d+ p" t
?Supporting CP/FT data log analysis, summarize top fail bin and drive yield enhancement.
?Design experiments to optimize process conditions.
?Performing yield loss analysis with subsequent failure and lead the team for root cause
identification.
Familiar with PFA/EFA, JMP, SAS software is much better.

JOB Requirements
?At least 3 years Fab PIE experience.
Fluent written, oral communication and negotiation skills in English.
?Sound understanding of Logic CMOS device physics and process technologies.
