Job Duties:

1. Assist to carry out / employ surveyor for inspection and survey on the conditions of damaged equipment and review the inspection reports
2. Assist to review repair estimates or seek Principals’ approval on the estimates if required
3. Notify related parties for repair authorization and arrange M&R work
4. Monitor and report M&R work and assist to control the cost
5. Inventory update on the damage equipment
6. Coordinate with Terminal/Depot to arrange empty reposition of the damage container from TML to Depot for container inspection/repairing
7. Arrange damage for sale/off-hire according to Principals’ instruction
8. Verify Estimates of Damage repair
9. Arrange physical inspection of heavy damage container at depot or terminal
10.Coordinate with related parties to ensure transshipment empty containers are shipped out within FSP
11. Handle queries from customers, Principals and internal departments regarding Equipment Control


Requirements:

1. Fluent in English (CET4 or above)
2. At least 1-2 years marine operations experience
3. PC literate
4. Attention to details
