岗位职责：

- 生产、PMC、仓库的管理，按照生产计划及要求确保生产任务的按质按量完成；

- 监督、检查生产过程中质量保证体系的执行，提高产品的合格率。

- 生产协调会、周例会的组织与召开；

- 进行产能负荷分析，调整生产计划；

- 协调各部门的工作进度，部门工作的衔接，完善车间各工序时间和工作调整；

- 生产计划、产品质量、数量及时间性统计，编制分析报告；

- 准确及时统计计划物控各项数据尤其针对各机组、操作人工时效率和产品质量进

行统计分析；

- 提出各种分析报告，反馈统计信息；

- 安排分析并解决生产过程中出现的问题。

岗位要求：

- 全日制本科以上学历，电子、机械等工科类专业；

- 5年以上制造企业生产管理工作经验，精通生产管理、质量管理、设备管理、流程管理等；

- 熟悉电子产品生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节；

- 熟悉精益生产，TPM, TQM, 5S。

- 熟悉生产成本控制，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺流程；

- 高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；

- 具备很强的生产、品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力，良好的分

析问题和解决问题的能力；

- 良好的领导能力、沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力；

- 良好的英语读写能力，英语口语可基本交流。
