Job Responsibilities:
?Develop the supply chain strategy and drive continuous improvement initiatives
?Enhance the service level through effective demand & supply planning and logistics operations
?Review and develop with internal departments on master scheduling, delivery and materials management
?Supervise a team to monitor the order fulfillment and shipment adherence as schedule
?Establish policies and procedures to define, review and develop effective production and material planning and controlling processes strategically
?Identify performance gap against best practice and initiate process improvement actions
Job Requirements:
?Degree holder in Logistic or Supply Chain Management or related discipline
?Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in Materials Management/ Production Planning/ Supply Demand management / Logistic in MNC
?Working experience in consumer electronics industry preferred
?Strong analytical and leadership skills
?Fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
