网络推广专员Online Promotion Specialist
Duties:
岗位职责：
1. Through analyzing the website, applicants should come out with feasible solutions of promoting the website and refining the network system.
通过对网站的分析，提出前台页面和系统架构等网站排名及优化的整体解决方案；
2. To monitor the operation of the website, and learning from other successful website’s operation, so as to give some reasonable suggestions of website adjustment.
监控网站效果情况，监控和研究其他网站相关做法，并围绕优化提出合理的网站调整建议；
3. To be familiar with how other websites run, analyze how the search engine affects the flow rate, key words and netizen’s behaviors.
分析竞争对手网站做法，分析搜索引擎带来的流量、关键词、用户行为等并不断提升与进步；
4. To increase the number of visitors with practical means and sources.
通过合理手段和资源，提高网站访问量；
5. Through cooperation with other third websites’, our aim is to increase our flow rate and popularity.
和第三方网站进行交换、合作，增加网站的流量和知名度；
Requirements:
职位要求：
1. Applicants should have at least a degree in junior college and there’s no limit of applicants’ major.
大专或以上学历，专业不限；
2. Applicants should know how to promote the website, refine the search engine, and optimize the system of our website.
熟悉网站推广、搜索引擎优化、搜索引擎推广以及网站的结构优化；
3. Applicants should be good at analyzing and optimizing the keywords on the website, and be familiar with principles and strategies of Google and Baidu.
熟悉网页关键词分析、优化；熟悉google,baidu搜索引擎的原理和策略；
4. Applicants should be familiar with HTML mata content-language and CSS language, and skillful at picture processing and graphic design.
熟悉HTML、CSS等页面语言，可以做简单的图片处理和平面设计；
5. Applicants should love to posting on forums, writing blogs and using all kinds of chat software, and blogs which are popular are preferred.
爱好论坛发贴、写博客、聊QQ群，有高人气个人博客者优化；
6. Applicants should have a outstanding ability of analysis and a strong ability of self-study so as to raise excellent ideas or solutions.
具有良好的数据分析能力和较强的自学能力，具有良好的分析能力，能从数据中分析出合理的原因，并提出合理的解决方案；
