Duties:
岗位职责:
1. To phone customers for invitations, answer phone calls, welcome all kinds of visitors, give relative advice and afford personal class plans so as to accomplish courses sales.
与客户进行电话沟通邀约，接听咨询电话，接待来访家长，给家长和学生提供咨询，制定合理的课程，并达成课程销售；
2. To keep permanent relationships with parents, who have already signed contracts, so as to make a guarantee, to renew, and a recommendation.
保持与已签约家长的良好关系，进行保单，续费，引导和推荐；
3. To collect, analyze and organize all kinds of data precisely, and to visit the potential customers.
准确收集、统计、整理咨询数据，回访潜在客户
4. To attend the training periodically.
定期参加业务培训；
5. To help the department of marketing and of education hold the promotion events.
协助市场、教务部门进行推广活动

Requirements
任职要求：
1. Applicants should have at least a bachelor degree. And applicants who have experience of studying abroad would be preferred.
本科及以上学历，有海外留学经验者优先考虑
2. Applicants should have good image, maturity, confidence, decency and amiability.
形象好、气质佳，成熟、自信、稳重，言谈举止大方得体，有亲和力；
3. Applicants should be outgoing, smart, responsive, flexible and strong enough to resist pressure.
性格开朗、头脑灵活，反应速度，应变能力强，抗压能力强；
4. Applicants should be responsible, active, rigorous. They also should have strong executive capability and learning skill.
有责任心，做事积极、严谨，执行力强、学习能力强；
5. Applicants should love the industry of consulting, and they should have strong enterprise, expression skills and influence.
热爱咨询业，有进取心，有良好的沟通技巧，表达能力强，有感染力；
6. Applicants should have good sense of service, spirit of struggle and of teamwork, and adapt to a flexible working times(including weekends.)
