Job Position: Material Receiving & Control Coordinator
Job location: Nansha Yard, Guangzhou

Over View:
The Material Receiving & Control Coordinator (MRC) is overall responsible for the control of all
THE s material in a construction yard / area, he / she coordinates the material control group cross projects ensuring global material traceability and integrity keeping Project stock inventory up to date.

Responsibilities:
A. To issue the site material receiving and control management plan;
B. To support and coordinate all material receiving control teams and activities cross projects;
C. To control that all materials are received, stored and preserved as per contractual agreement with the Yards and internal procedures issued;
D. To ensure update of the ERP (NADIA) within the site stock register module;
E. To lead material reconciliation at the end of the project and supervise physical transfers of material into the Stock (SM1002);
F. To monitor and record all material movements inside and outside the yard(s);
G. To report and verify with accuracy all material issued by the and received at Yard, flagging any discrepancy and non conformance based on the purchase orders and expediting details retrieved from NADIA (the ERP system);
H. To ensure project material proper storage and preservation;
I. To liaise with project construction team to plan and forecast material movements inside and outside the yard;
J. To interface with the Yard’s warehouse for all deliveries and intra-site transfers of all material;
K. To work with Yard Material Receiving & Control Coordinator for final material reconciliation and project close out;
L. To ensure that after customs clearance of materials all shipping and delivery documentation are duly signed by the Yard and then filed in the s material control project folders;
M. Each input in THE ERP system must be supported with properly signed and endorsed document by the Yard;
N. To keep the database up to date and chase any missing information focusing on Material Test Certificates (MTC) which have to be uploaded in the e-CDR;
O. To inform relevant project team in case of Over Short or Damaged (OS&D) report issuance and follow-up closing of the OS&D process;
P. To liaise with the fabrication Yard’s warehouse for all deliveries and intra-site transfers of material;
Q. To coordinate as necessary with Yard s staff to align Yard system terminology and material tracing method with THE s NADIA system.

Requirements:
R. University degree, with a minimum of 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas Business in project execution/material management;
S. Excellent oral communications skills;
T. Must be detail oriented;
U. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to multi task and prioritize issues/projects;
V. Solid functional knowledge of Word, Excel, Access.
