Job Responsibilities:

• Manage new product transfer, weekly forecast, monitor PO status, on site ODM inventory, track shipment, request sample and handle RMA request;
• Develop strategy to manage customer expectations from customer China operation procurement team and Taiwan sourcing team;
• Develop new product transition strategy and collaboratively with Taiwan account managers;
• Strong execution knowledge and experience in supply/demand fulfillment process;
• Communicate customer requirement crystal clear to operation team and collaboratively work with planning group to manage customer satisfactions;
• Weekly meet customers to understand customer manufacturing plan, quality status, and inventory level to identify bottom neck to ensure there will be no line down in customer side;
• Provide weekly customer summary;
• Communicate with OEM GSM for each platform forecast and correlate with ODM forecast to develop most accurate forecast for planning ;
• Crisis management: Identify issues and timely escalate to management and Taiwan account managers;
• Develop strategy for on-going price negotiation and manage any penalty charges from customers such as line down charges, quality rework charges, sorting charges which was caused by our de-commitment in supply and product quality.

Qualifications requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in China ODM business with proven tracking record
• Strong leadership and team work spirit
• Bachelor degree major in engineering
• Fluent in both English speaking and writing
• Strategize and execute well
