Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsibility of P & L and ROA Analysis
Analyzing the respective market
Working and communicating with supply chain, purchasing and operations departments to provide the customer with proven solutions
Leading, developing and growing a successful sales team including outside sales, inside sales and account specialists to perform the following:
Maintain day to day sales & customer service
Creating and presenting professional proposals to large and medium size customers
Perform Cold calling and prospecting new customers
Fulfilling customer requests for quotations and proposals

Basic qualifications

University graduated
Native Mandarin Speaker also fluent in both written and spoken English
At least 3+ years experience with sales team leadership in business to business sales and/or business development.
Team working skill, open minded, and highly social
Excellent planning, organization and call management
Responsible, self disciplined, and good time management
Strong Desire to Win and proven leadership skills...a must!
Drivers license a plus but not required
