Job Description：

1. To manage the stock ledger. Supervise the Finance Department's physical stock-take exercise. Ensure the consistency between booking and the actual. Timely find the reason of all variance.
2. To provide monthly costing data and reports accurately and timely, submit cost management suggestion accordingly.
3. To finish the month-end-closing accurately and promptly according to closing schedule.
4. Be responsible for compiling the reporting of operating and financial data on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, to reflect the status and changes correctly and timely.
5. Provide variance analysis on performance. Monitor business activities and follow up the action plan to ensure they are in alignment with objectives and strategies.

Job Qualification:

1. Graduate with bachelor degree, major in Accounting or related field
2. At least 3 years experience in related area (experience in manufacture factory in Finance function)
3. Strong interpersonal skills
4. Can work with independent and self-motivated, nature, open-minded
5. Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written
6. Good negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player
7. Good PC skills and ERP experience is a plus
