Key Accountabilities/Duties:
-Quality of reports/analysis/marketing highlights;
- Reports:
Base on the loading confirmation and Diva report to update CMA’s South China performance, and update Access data.
Communicate and push each office for the information we need to combine and submit to Regional office or Head office
Combine the VIP, Target account file from each office and update the customer’s performance
- Marketing:
Update competition transit time comparison for all trades calling in South china
Create and update a sales tool kit showing all our services in South China, and in POD
- Analysis
Base on the Reporting and Marketing information to make a nice analysis with the excel and PPT tools


Job Requirements:
- Two years or above working experience ;
- Bachelor Degree or above;
- Good communication skills, able to converse and write well in English;
- Good master of Excel/PPT, good at data processing; Good at Excel and Access is prefer
- Capable of working independently;
- Willing to accept challenges and additional on-job assignments;
- Passionate & good initiative;
- This position will support Marketing Manager with the goal to grow. Optimize business through collecting and providing accurate and timely information.
