职务描述：
1、清楚各船公司优势航线跟船公司及同行建立关系及联系，帮业务员询价及推广公司的优势；
2、搜集市场信息，及时反映市场信息和客户需求；
3、进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业届发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据；
4、定期更新和整理船公司价格，船期等市场信息，发展与巩固与当地船东的关系，能为销售部、OP部提供最新的优势运价；
5、进行市场开拓各项具体工作；
6、参与市场部策划、组织和实施的各类市场活动；
7、完成部门分配的其他工作任务；

职务要求：

1、大专以上学历，具有国际贸易、市场营销相关专业；
2、有良好的沟通技巧和语言表达、组织及理解能力，能熟练操作电脑及办公软件，英语CET-4；
3、性格外向，具备优秀的创造力和想象能力，及富有工作激情，具有高度的责任心和良好的协调能力，较强的工作计划性；
4、能积极面对挑战及压力，工作积极主动，具备团队合作精神和敬业精神；
5、对国际海运市场变化敏感，揽货的能力强，在以往从事海运业务中有良好的业绩；
6、有较强的客户服务意识，有一定的客户基础优先；

We can in nowhere be compared with those "king" size transportation conglomerates, nor with those large sized transportation service suppliers who become too big to look after customer ever changing needs, or too small to be unable to serve customer better.
