The Company has an established Merchandising, Compliance and Quality Assurance/Control office with more than 20 employees in Shao Xing, Zhejiang. It is in the process of expanding its office and opening a Technical Testing Laboratory.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
The Quality Director of the Company will 该质控总监职位的工作职责主要包括：

• Manage all Company China operations quality control matters,requiring frequent factory visits and interaction with strategic suppliers; 负责管理中国地区所有的质控问题，同时需要频繁出差访问工厂，与供应商联系沟通；
• Provide leadership and direction for all functions and ensures compliance with all PRC and local Government regulations, Corporate Governances and supplier relations; 引导各职能部门的工作，确保企业运作符合国家和当地政府条例，进行企业管理和维护与供应商的合作关系；
• Develop / Manage / Control budgets and business plans; 制定/管理/控制预算和业务计划；
• Functions as the primary communication link with North American offices;做为与北美办公室的联系与沟通的主要窗口
• Manage all China based operations including 对中国地区各业务进行管理，其中包括：

1. Quality Control and Compliance 质量控制和验厂问题
2. Sourcing and Production采购与生产
3. Logistics (traffic, customs, etc) and Distribution 物流（运输、通关等）与分销
4. Administrative responsibility for Finance, Banking relations, Legal and Human Resources 各种行政责任，如财务、银行业务、法律和人力资源

• Provide direction, leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives, particularly relating to Quality, Compliance and Production.向员工的工作予以品质、验厂和生产等方面的指引、支持和培训，以达到企业目标。

EXPERIENCE 工作经验与要求

• Must be bilingual in both English & Chinese, able to communicate both written and verbal. 中英文书面和口头表达能力良好
• Must possess strong leadership, team building skills and have high standard in work ethic (must lead by example). Must have strong ability to provide training, directions and personnel development to the team. 具备较强的领导和团队建设能力，并展现出高标准的工作道德（能够以身作则）。能够为团队提供相关培训、指引和个人发展的机会。
• Must have high ethical and moral standard in running the office and in professional manner. 以专业的态度和较高的操守和道德标准开展各种公司业务
• Must have ability to manage costs and expenses to achieve financial targets. 严格控制开销成本，以达到企业财务目标
• Must have experience in conducting business in PRC in Home Textiles or Apparel industry. 具备中国家居纺织业和服装行业的相关经验
• Previous experience, working for Companies who have sold major US retailers would be beneficial and prefered. 具备向美国大型零售商提供产品的企业的任职经验者优先考虑
• Must possess negotiation skills and with proven record. 掌握相关的谈判技巧和谈判经验
• Should possess knowledge in 具备下方各领域的专业知识：

1. Fabrics and fabric sourcing 纺织业和纺织采购
2. Cut & sew knowledge 裁及缝的知识
3. Quality control, ethical standards and compliance 质控、道德标准与验厂
4. Merchandising & design 跟单与设计

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills 良好的沟通协调能力
• Need to have Human Resources & Administration skills to provide directions. 具备良好的人力资源与行政技能
• Must be up to date with computer skills 熟练运用最新的计算机软件
• Need to have at least 12 years working experience with half in actual factory production. 具备至少12年的工作经验，其中6年在工厂工作
• Manufacturing management in home fashion in China operation would be an advantage. 拥有中国家居时尚行业的制造管理经验者优先考虑
