Engineering Project Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fast-growing global supply chain management and sourcing company based in Shenzhen.
You will work within a small client-facing team, project managing all engineering activity from client to supply base.
Key Responsibilities:
-Understand the client's requirements fully and implement manufacturing systems/processes that meet or exceed these from an engineering and quality perspective
- Anticipate and resolve any design, process and supply chain issues, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.
- Interact closely with the client, track and communicate information to ensure that it is used correctly and that project issues are dealt with appropriately and resolved promptly.

- Manage communications between the client, the supply chain and the in-house client team on all aspects of the project, from inception through to successful production ramp.
- Overall responsibility for all project technical specifications and documentation including Engineering Change Orders
- Provide technical input to supply chain selection.
Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience in volume contract manufacturing for major OEMs
- Minimum 3 years' project management experience
- Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- Well-organized, detail orientated and responsive

- Proven influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain good relationships with the client, in-house team and supply chain.

- Experience using Solid Works/Pro-E, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Project
- New Product Introduction experience

- Confident in verbal and written English to be able to communicate with clients
