Roles & Responsibilities

- The candidate is required on-site managing the outsource manufacturing of module.
- Oversees module material planning and capacity to fufill customer demand. Follow up on forecast/backlog and inventory management.

-coordiate with Global Planning, Product Test Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and other related functional groups on production and delivery matters
- Provide defined Manufacturing Status Reports and Update to Operation Management
- Provide Leadership to a team of Resident Operation team which includes Planner and Product Test Engineers.
- Perform inventory count and WIP Management

Requirements

- A Good Bachelor/Master Degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills. English proficiency is a must.
- Working Knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Capacity Planning
- Good understanding of EMS/ODM/OEM model
- Must be willing to get hands dirty and close follow up character
