RESPONSIBILITIES

- Select, develop and manage a highly professional, competent and motivated staff of multi-disciplined employees.

- As the coordinator between sales team, purchasing team and production team to work out the weekly plan in terms of production, material supply and shipment segments to realize a smooth production and make sure the sales orders can be fulfilled timely;
- Material receiving, storage, handling and issuing process to ensure material available to production & end-user with right time/QTY/quality/cost etc.
- Monitor the implementation of the weekly production plan, material supply plan and shipment plan to ensure the sales orders are produced and delivered in accordance with planned schedules;
- Keep a close monitoring on the stock level of Finish Goods, make sure Finish Goods are kept on a appropriate stock level; optimize the inventory level of finished goods;
- Provide assistance to the planner on building up the buffer stock to keep a necessary but minimized buffer stock;
- Ensure the OTD > Standard requirements;
- Team building.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or above, major in logistics or related

2. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of working experience on production planning and material control with 3 years of experience at managerial level;

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of SMT, & electronic assembly manufacturing processes.
- Cross-functional background in Engineering and Operations.
- Possess excellent multi-project management skills.
- Strong skill planning.
- Experience of ERP.

4. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Good command of English, oral English is necessary

5. COMPUTER SKILLS
Be familiar with ERP/MRP system
