Responsibilities:

- Can drive and make great contribution to the audio subsystem design for new products. The primary responsibilities for the position involve defining new audio hardware specification, developing the simulation models for acoustic components and subsystems, performing simulations on the audio performance,

- Work closely with other functional teams including mechanical, build system level acoustic model and simulate the overall system level audio performance, provide design suggestions for system level mechanical and thermal design optimization.

- Qualified candidate must have track record in audio product design, solid and hand on experience in developing the model and conduct the simulation for complex audio systems.

-solid knowledge of hardware product development processes and quality requirements of consumer electronic products.

- Overall management of assigned projects throughout the design, pre-production and production ramp to ensure the project is completed on time and within the project budget.

- Understand the client's requirements fully and implement manufacturing systems/processes that meet or exceed these from an engineering and quality perspective.

- Anticipate and resolve any design, process and supply chain issues, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.

- Interact closely with the client, track and communicate information to ensure that it is used correctly and that project issues are dealt with appropriately and resolved promptly.

- Manage communications between the client, the supply chain and the in-house client team on all aspects of the project, from inception through to successful production ramp.

- Overall responsibility for all project technical specifications and documentation including Engineering Change Orders.

- Provide technical input to supply chain selection.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree or above in audio and/or acoustic related major

2.Minimum five- year experience in audio product development

3.Understanding acoustics, microphones, and audio test equipment and methodology

4.Strong experience and knowledge in audio performance simulation and prototyping with CAD tools

5.Experience using Solid Works/Pro-E, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Project;

6.New Product Introduction experience;

7.Detailed-oriented, hard-working and with high integrity and can-do attitude;

8.Excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill;

9.Computer literacy;

10.Good Communication Skills, both English and Chinese;

11.Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with teammates;

12.Able to work effectively in a multiple project environment;

13.Able to work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at short notice;

14.Project Management knowledge
