Objective:

Manage AX master data to ensure upstream record is correct and complete; Assist in budget loading process;Monitor Intercompany transfer pricing for variance between actual vs forecast; Participate board pack information preparation; Develop review process of project budget vs actual for spending control; etc.

Key Accountabilities:

• Record hub movements for Australia and Singapore
• Record Dell hub movements * Record movements for three Hon Hai hubs
• Record hub movements for Pegatron/Protek
• Send out invoices to customers (OP10, e-mail, post, upload)
• Upload invoices to Foxconn website
• Upload Amazon KYDC to Vendor Central website
• Deal with queries as they arise from the above
• Work with CSM's on any pricing or quantity issues that arise

Required Qualifications,Experience & Key Skills:

• Finance/Accounting degree;
• fully qualified CPA or working towards
• 3 - 4 years overseas working experiences with similar role
• Good at MS Excel/Powerpoint
• Proactive attitude/ Change management
• Good communication skills to all level
• Good language skills in both English and Chinese
