职位描述

Objective

- Lead the supplier development and continuous performance improvement;
- Lead the project base supplier day to day related activities;
- Proactively drive the cost efficiency savings to align with company annual goals.

Responsibilities

- Support the Engineering Equipment Team to lead the communication on the project development with suppliers, and ensure all the equipment comply with client requirements and deliver on schedule;
- Ensure supplier has sufficient capacity (resources/equipment/facility) for every project stage, especially for NPI & MP stage;
- Manage daily component planning /inventory /E&O with suppliers through reporting to ensure sufficient supply, as well as good inventory control to minimize the potential E&O cost and company liabilities risk;
- Develop clear communication channels and strong relationships with the your internal stakeholders, the Equipment Engineers to ensure high customer satisfaction and ensure timely deliveries
- Work closely with Cost Control SBM to ensure all spending is within set budgets for your functional team
- Focus on project cost tracking for both external suppliers and internal customers and weekly reporting to the SBM Project Lead
- Drive supplier continuous improvement on the supplier performance especially supplier Lead Time, Cost Reduction and OTD performance. Perform periodic supplier performance review through QBR/ scorecard;
- Build risk management concept into the project stages and escalate any potential risk & always help on solution.
- Lead the initial supplier sourcing & selection, and co-work with internal teams for the supplier qualification and annual audit;
- Lead the supplier setup contracts sign-off, and ensure supply chain social compliance;

Qualifications

- Degree desired, major in Engineering (Electronic/Mechanical) and/or Supply Chain Management or relevant years working experience ;
- Required 4-7 years' experience of sourcing and Supplier Management preferred within the consumer electronics Industry;
- Proven experience of managing/working within a project from Prototype to EOL;
- Be proficient in Microsoft applications in particular with using Microsoft Excel;
- Detailed-oriented, hard-working and with high integrity and can-do attitude;
- Excellent communication and relationship building, skills both English and Chinese;
- Excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill;
- Ability to work independently, be decisive and create solutions and be able to communicate effectively with teammates;
- Able to work in a fast paced cross functional project environment where priorities can change at short notice;
