Objective
In this role you will provide ongoing support to the SCM including data verification, compliance, and co-ordination with the fulfillment team.
Key Accountabilities
- Client data validation and compliance
- Create and manage all print templates for the fulfillment Clients
- Manage AV and distribution queries for the fulfillment Clients
- Co-ordinate with the fulfillment team on process compliance for New Client launches
- Co-ordinate with fulfillment team on packaging/consumables design and procurement
- Co-ordinate with fulfillment team on TDM compliance
- Co-ordinate and create SOP's/WI's for fulfillment processes
- Track utilization and capacity for fulfillment centre
- Track performance by channel of each fulfillment Client
Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in order management and fulfillment services industry
- Order management knowledge
- Order fulfillment and distribution knowledge
- Excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively.
- Able to work independently and willingly to take new challenges.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent skills in different formats of reports & presentations.
- Must be a self-starter, independent worker
