Major Responsibility
1. Oversees all the operation processes within assigned manufacturing functions in an efficient manner.
2. Motivate and supervise staff to develop and maintain and effective workforce.
3. Creates a working environment of encourages teamwork and high productivity.
4. Maintains a two way communication and feed back with workers as well as encourages and facilitates improvement and self-development of workers.
5. Determines plant maintenance policy in order to maintain efficiencies and reduces costs and proposes the acquisition of new or replacement equipment required.
6. Ensures the output and quality of products meet the market demands.
7. Manage the manpower, materials, tools, equipments for production requirements.
8. Makes continuous production processes improvements to produce more competitive products at lower manufacturing cost and shorter time.
9. Manages manufacturing resources to meet production schedules productivity and inventory targets as well as ensures the products meet required specifications.
10. Works closely with his immediate subordinates in performing his duties in meeting the production targets and key performance indicator.
11. Motivates and educates the production employees to adhere to Quality policy and Company policies.
12. Ensures that all production staff members meet safety requirements.
Qualification
1. Strong communication skills and can speak, write and read Chinese and English
2. Dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills
3. Sound knowledge in production management and have hands-on experience of handling production cases
4. Skillful in trouble shooting at all levels including operators, and be able to work independently
5. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or automation engineering
6. Over 15 years working experience in manufacturing industries and at least 5 years working experience as Plant Manager or Production Manager
