主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

· 项目前期协助购买相关工艺设备，编制设备的技术要求

Assistant purchasing tooling and facility, make F and T spec

· 协助在供应商处对设备进行设计审查和预验收，并在CAF现场协调设备安装和对设备进行终验收

Assist design review and pre-buy off in supplier site, support and assist installations in
CFMA and final buy off

· 对生产现场设备进行管理，同时编制和制定相关设备的保养计划

Management tooling and facility make maintenance plan

· 发展设备维护小组，制定设备维护小组人员培训和发展计划

Development maintenance team and make maintenance team member training
and development plan

· 焊接夹具/机器人编程和维护/制动化传输/扣合压机/输送线/焊接设备，以及在机械和电气方面，对以上所列设备维护保养/故障维修

Weld fixture/robot/automatic transfer/hemming machine/conveyer/weld F&T, mechanism and
electric, Make maintenance plan and repair for above relevant F&T.

· 协助新车型的投产准备和投产

Assist new module car launch prepare and launch

· 车间内非生产性辅料和耗材的需求提出，管理，发放

No-production bulk material and PPE planning, management and hand out

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 熟悉维修方法、维修工具

Be familiar with the maintenance method and maintenance facility

· 熟悉汽车生产设备（通用设备、专业设备）

Be familiar with auto production equipments (common equipments and professional equipments)

· 熟悉维修中的隐患存在区域及处理方法

Be familiar with the hidden trouble area and can deal with the trouble.

· 具有在汽车企业维修工作3年以上经验

Have three years work experience as a maintenance man in automobile company.

· 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力

With good communication skill and team working ability.

· 具有英语能力--四级以上

English skills required—CET4
