主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

l 负责生产线设备的预防性维护、紧急性维修。

Be responsible for preventative maintenance and urgent repair about equipment。

l 编写设备操作规程、维护规程，制定设备年度、月度维护计划，设备维护规程表。

Make operation and maintenance regulations， Make annual and monthly maintenance plan，equipment maintenance procedures table。

l 监督设备操作、维护等规程的执行情况，协助和指导使用者搞好日常检查、定期保养工作。

Monitoring the implementation of equipment operation and maintenance procedures，assist and guide users to improve routine inspections, regular maintenance。

l 负责生产线、设备验收，专项改造等技术支持。

Be responsible for check and accept the production line、equipment , special item alteration of facilities。

l 熟悉设备工艺，提出改善方案，延长设备使用寿命，缩短故障时间。

Know well the equipment process, make the improvement plan, prolong the equipment life, reduce the trouble time.

l 培训维修人员，管理维修小组。

Train mechanic and maintenance team management。

l 生产线备件管理，制定备件的最小库存以及备件采购需求。

Be responsible for the production line spare part，make the minimum storage and purchase requirement。

l 根据工艺要求调整设备。

Adjust the equipments according to the process change。

任职条件/Qualifications：

l 大学本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above。

l 熟悉维修方法、维修工具。

Be familiar with the maintenance method and maintenance tools。

l 熟悉PLC控制原理和结构，熟练运用SIEMENS、三菱、AB等PLC编程软件。

Familiar with PLC control principle and structure, skilled use of SIEMENS, Mitsubishi, AB PLC programming software, etc。

l 熟悉汽车涂装生产线设备（输送设备、工艺设备）。

Familiar with the automobile coating production line equipment (conveyor equipment, process equipment)。

l 相关工作经验3年以上，具有丰富的维护经验。

3 years experience of maintenance or relative work。

l 熟练运用计算机基础软件（包括CAD、Word、Excel、Project、PowerPoint）。

Skillful in computer operation (including CAD、Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)。

l 具有英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required—CET4。

l 爱岗敬业，具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
