主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

l 协助建立、完善车间质量体系与生产体系，并推进运行。

Assist building and perfecting paint shop quality system and production system，push it running。

l 牵头编制、发布车间各种质量文件和车间文件。

Lead making paint shop quality documents and all documents release。

l 牵头开展车间质量体系内审、外审准备及整改。

Lead paint shop quality system inner audit documents and all documents release。

l 涂装车间内/外部质量信息收集、分析、反馈与跟踪。

Paint shop inner and exterior quality data collecting, analyzing and feedbacking。

l 牵头进行车间内质量问题攻关和跨部门质量问题协调。

Led to research the quality of the workshop and cross-sectoral coordination of quality。

l 涂装质量信息收集，问题改善的协调、跟踪。

Coating quality information collection，the problem solving coordination。

l 定期完成涂装质量报告。

Coating quality reports at regular intervals。

l 协助新车型的投产准备和投产。

Assist new module car launch prepare and launch。

l 完成领导临时交办的其他工作。

Complete the temporary job the supervisor required.

任职条件 Qualifications:

l 本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above。

l 具有汽车企业质量工作2年以上经验，熟悉汽车质量体系和质量管理流程。

Have 2 years experience of quality work in automobile line，familiar with automobile quality system and quality management processes。

l 具有英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required—CET4。

l 熟练运用计算机基础软件（包括Word、Excel、Project、PowerPoint）。

Skillful in computer operation (including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)。

l 爱岗敬业，具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力。

Dedication，good communication skill and team working ability.

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
