主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

• 根据发展要求，负责在制造部领域推广运用生产体系（CPPS），并逐步提升等级，提高生产效率。

Promote the application of Production System（CPPS）and upgrade its level to improve the production efficiency.

• 整理制造部生产体系（CPPS）要素的年度推行主体计划，并进行定期评审。

Coordinate the annual promotion plans of Production System（CPPS）elements and conduct evaluation on a regular basis.

• 持续地发现生产体系各要素的进展及改善机会, 并向提供每个要素的月度、季度及年度状态报告。

Keep track of the development as well as the deficiency of Production System（CPPS） elements and file reports about status of all elements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• 对生产体系各要素的运用进行全厂范围内的定期检查与维护, 并协调各区域应用。
  Carry out regular check-up and maintenance of each element within the factory and coordinate the application in all sections.
• 负责生产体系各要素的相关资料的标准化, 并将最佳实践进行推广。
  Responsible for the standardization of relevant materials concerning Production System（CPPS） elements and popularize the optimum practices.
• 计划和协调生产体系各要素的内部和外部体系审核(ISR)。

Plan and coordinate the Internal and External System Review (ISR) of Production System（CPPS）elements.

• 负责公司生产体系（CPPS）相关培训。

In charge of Production System（CPPS） training.

• 完成制造业务主管交办的临时工作。

Complete the temporary job the VM business supervisor required.

任职条件 Qualifications:

• 工业工程及相关专业本科毕业

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or related majors.

• 有三年精益制造的推进工作经验

Three years of experience in the promotion work of Lean Production/TPM.

• 具备丰富的制造专业知识和实践经验

Expertise in manufacturing, both in theory and practice

• 具备良好的组织、协调管理能力

Capable of organizing and coordinating work.

• 良好的沟通、解决问题的能力、执行力强

Problem solver and Strong execution

• 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Devoted to work and good team player.

• 熟练掌握计算机应用技术, 良好的中英文沟通和交流能力

Skillful in computer operation and proficient in English and Chinese communication.
