职位描述; Position Description
？ 负责模具, 板料及设备的起吊工作.
Responsible for crane of dies, steel sheets, and equipment.

主要职责: Major responsibilities
？ 按照维修保养计划进行日常点检；
Daily point inspection according to maintenance plan.
？ 根据每天的生产任务,吊装所生产零件的板料和模具；
Crane steel sheets and dies for production, according to production plan every day.
？ .协助模具维修人员修理模具；
Assist die repair person for die maintenance.
？ 协助各个区域工位的吊装；
Assist to crane for every station.
？ 配合维修人员修理和保养行车；
Assist maintenance person for crane repair or maintenance.
？ 严格遵守《起重机械安全管理规程》，服从组长及主管人员的安排；
Strictly abide by the safety management regulations of hoisting machinery, obey leader and executive arrangement
？ 负责本区域的现场5S的执行和保持；
Responsible for own zone 5S implementation and maintenance.
？ 参加培训工作，不断提高技能和能力；
Attend training, improve constantly skills and ability.
？ 严格执行公司规章制度；
Strictly implement company policies.
？ 积极参与改善工作；
Participate in improve work positivity.
？ 完成临时安排的各项任务。
Complete other work for workshop.

任职条件：Qualification
？ 持有国家劳动部发的特重工种操作证
Hold the State Labor Department award hoisting machinery operation certificate
？ 高中以上学历；
Above senior high school degree.
？ 为人正直，良好的团队合作能力；
Honest, good team cooperation ability.
？ 在汽车冲压生产方面有的实践经验；
Having practical experience in press production of vehicle.
？ 好的敬业精神， 较强的工作责任感和执行力；
Good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and execution.

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
