职位描述：Position Description
?焊接操作工的工作主要是按照工艺的要求完成相应焊点的焊接，并严格执行控制计划和其他的相关规定，确保工作符合质量、工艺要求。
Mainly responsible for the welding of the related welding spots according to the process requirement, and strictly implementing the control plan and the other associated regulation, guarantee the welding meets the demand of the quality and process.
主要职责：Major responsibilities
?严格按照工艺和OIS（作业指导书）进行工作；
The job is done strictly accordance with the process and OIS.
?在规定时间内足额完成生产计划任务；
To complete the production tasks in required time and in full amount.
?保证本职工作符合质量要求；
To guarantee the job meets the demand of the quality.
?完成上级下达的一切任务；
To complete the tasks assigned by the superior.
?对本职工作的质量、熟练程度应进行不断的提高；
To make continuous progress on the job standard and proficiency.
?按时参加NWG（工作小组）小组会议，并力求对管理和改善有好的建议；
Participate the NWG meeting punctually, and make good suggestions on the management and improvement.
?严格遵守公司和车间的各项纪律、规章制度、质量考核条例；
Strictly abide by the regulations and rules and quality assessment of the company and shop.

?安全指标完成情况；
Completion of the safety Indicators
?产品质量指标完成情况；
Completion of the product quality Indicator
?计划产量完成指标；
Completion of the planned output
?工具的使用和成本控制；
Utilize the tools and control. the cost
?5S工作的完成情况；
Completion of the 5S

任职条件：
Qualification
?对焊接知识有相当的了解；
To well-know about the welding knowledge.
?具有良好的身体状况；
Be healthy.
?纪律性强、行动听指挥、积极的工作态度、具有团队精神；
Disciplined, following orders, positive attitude and good team spirit.
?掌握点焊操作要领。
Possess the operation skills of the spot welding.
