职位描述/Position Description：

负责电力设备的选型、安装、运行、维护的日常管理工作；配合、协助项目改造施工技术方案编制及实施的管理工作。
Totally responsible for electrical equipment type choosing, installation, daily operation management and maintenance；prepare technical program for new project and coordinate the project management.

主要职责/ Major Responsibilities

？ 负责公司供配电系统的筹建与后期的运行维护，并制定相关的程序文件和作业指导书。
Be responsible for construction and maintenance of company’s power supply&transit system. Prepare the management procedure and work instruction.

？ 对工程建设的电力技术负全面责任，负责图纸审核、对工程建设起指导作用。
Totally responsible for electric technology of project construction. Review the blueprint and give some instructions on the project.

？ 对施工过程实施监督、检查，确保产品正确体现图纸意图及规程规范要求。
Be responsible for supervision on the project construction to make sure the product is conformed with blueprint and technical requirement.

？ 负责与供电公司的沟通联络，确保公司电力系统的经济、可靠运行。
Be responsible for communication with power supplier company to make sure stability of company’s electric system.

？ 负责变配电设备的运行与管理，制定相关的维护保养计划及技术措施规范。
Be responsible for operation management of transformer&switch equipment, prepare maintenance plan and technical requirement.

？ 负责生产设备的相关电力检修与管理。
Be responsible for electric examination and management of production facilities.

专业知识/Professional Knowledge

？ 熟悉输配电及电力控制图纸。
Be skilled in electric transmit and electric control blueprint.

？ 熟悉电力设备的设计, 施工, 验收规范，电力法律法规。
Be familiar with law and regulations on electric engineering.

？ 熟悉建筑用电规范标准，熟悉配套工程设计、施工、验收程序和安全、质量监督及成本管理。
Be familiar with construction electric regulation and standard. Be familiar with the of project design, construction and check procedure as well as management of safety, quality and cost control.

？ 熟悉电力布线、电力控制柜设计、电力部件选型。
Be skilled in electric wiring, electric control box design and electric component type chooseing.

？ 熟悉高、低压电力设备的安装与维护。
Be expert on the installation and maintenance of high&low pressure electric facilities.

？ 具有变电所运行管理经验。
Have experience on transformer substation management.

？ 熟悉变频器及PLC相关知识。
Have knowledge of transducer and PLC.

任职条件/Qualifications：

？ 大学专科或以上电力自动化或相关专业。
College at least in major of electric power or related.

？ 至少3年大型制造行业从事设备管理、维护经验，有参与大型技改或项目筹建经验。
At least 3 years of equipment management/maintenance experience and large-scale project establishment experience .

？ 对英语有较好的听说读写能力。
Good skill of oral and writing English.

？ 熟悉使用OFFICE、CAD等常用软件。
Good command of MicroOffice and Auto CAD software.

？ 良好的组织及项目管理能力。
Good skill of organization and project management.
