职位描述/Position Description：
负责动力设备及特种设备选型、安装、运行、维护的日常管理工作；配合、协助项目改造施工技术方案编制及实施的管理工作。
Totally responsible for power equipment and special equipment type choosing, installation, daily operation management and maintenance； prepare technical program for new project and coordinate the project management.
主要职责/ Major Responsibilities：
？ 负责公司行车、厂内机动车辆、锅炉、压力容器、压力管道等特种设备及安全附件的年度报检。
Be responsible for yearly inspection of special equipment (gantry crane, plant vehicle, boiler, pressure vessel and pressure pipeline)
？ 负责公司动力设备（锅炉、空压机、水处理、冷冻机）系统日常运行管理。
Be responsible for daily operation management of power equipment(boiler, air conditioning system, water treatment system, refrigerant system)
？ 负责编制空压系统、锅炉、空调系统、水处理设施、厂内机动车辆、压力容器、压力管道等设备的操作规程、作业指导书、管理制度。
Be responsible for parparing management procedure and work instructions on air compressure system, boiler, air conditioning system, water treatment system, pressure vessel and pressure pipeline.
？ 负责汽油、机油、天然气等辅助设施的使用与维护管理。
Be responsible for maintenance and management of petrol,engine oil and natural gas equipment.
？ 负责编制动力设备维护保养规程、检修计划，并组织实施。
Be responsible for preparing power equipment maintenance plan and push the completement.
？ 负责备品备件计划的制定和备件管理。
Be responsible for preparing component plan and management.
？ 负责对动力机械维修人员和操作人员进行的技术指导和培训。
Be responsible for training to the mechanical maintenance employee and operation employee.
？ 协助消防自控安全工程师实施消防系统的维修保养。
Coordinate with firemaster to complete maintenance of fire-fighting equipment.
？ 协助环境工程师实施环境监测及对废水处理站的管理。
Coordinate with environmental engineer to complete environmental inspection and WWTP’s management.
？ 协助能源管理人员完成动力能源的预算及实施监督。
Coordinate with energy engineer to complete enegry budget and management.
？ 负责编制公司动力系统及其它相关新建、改建和扩建项目的技术方案，协助项目的实施管理。

任职条件/Qualifications：
● 动力机械、机械工程或机电工程等相关专业，大学专科及以上学历。
College at least in major of mechanical engineering or related。
● 3年以上动力设备（通风空调系统， 空压站，动力管道，制冷设备，水泵，废水处理，软水/纯水处理等）设计/施工/维护/运行工作经验。
At least 3 years of work experience on power equipment（such as air conditioning system,air compressure,power pipeline, refrigerant system, water pump, wastewater treatment system, soft water and purified water system）design/construction/maintenance/operation.
● 较好的英语表达能力（书面的和口头的）。
Good skill of oral and written English.
● 具备丰富的动力设备运行管理知识和机电设备现场维修管理经验；
Well experienced on power equipment operation management and mechanical equipment maintenance management.
● 熟悉国家关于特种设备管理的法规、制度及相关政府申报的工作流程。
Be familiar with national law on special equipment management and government department register procedure.
● 熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具。
Be skilled in project management tools.
● 熟练掌握计算机(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)应用技术, 熟练运用AUTOCAD等计算机绘图软件进行图纸设计，具有一定的机械设计能力。
Well grasping of computer skill(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Have good skill of mechanical design with AUTOCAD.
