职位描述 / Position Description

· 负责涂装车间各涂料参数的控制，解决现场涂料出现的问题。

Responsible for controlling the paint parameter and solving the paint problem.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

· 指导现场对涂料品质（入厂涂料及系统涂料）进行检测、调整，真实、完整、及时地记录检验结

果，确保不影响正常喷涂。

Guide the operator to test and debug the paint quality on site.Record the test result truly, completely and timely, ensure proper spray.

· 新批次涂料色差的确认。

Confirm the new batch of paint aberration.

· 对涂料检测相关设备的运行状态进行点检、维护，确保生产正常运行。

Check and maintenance the paint test equipment.Ensure the production operate normally.

· 对涂料供应商进行管理，并与涂料供应商协作对现场品质问题进行分析、试验，寻求解决方案。

Take charge of paint supplier, collaboration with paint supplier to analyze and test the quality

problem on site, in order to find the solution.

· 负责涂料季节切换的各项准备、试验及确认工作。

Responsible for paint season switch, test and confirmation.

· 指导长假期间涂料的维护工作。

Guide the paint maintenance work during the holiday.

· 降低涂料成本的可行性分析和实施。

Give the feasibility analysis to reduce the paint cost.

· 协助做好车间安全环境的工作。

Assist with the safety and environment in paint shop.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

· 化工专业，本科以上学历。

Chemical specialty ，bachelor degree or above

· 在汽车涂装方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验。

The ample professional knowledge and the working experience of paint

· 良好的敬业精神，良好的问题分析能力，团队协作能力强。

Good spirit of work , good problem analysis ability and strong ability in cooperation

· 掌握计算机运用技术。

Good computer skills

· 英语4级

English ability:CET-4
