职位描述Position Description：
? 负责产品、检具的三坐标测量，对零件、检具尺寸进行监控和评估，及时发质量问题，确保质量问题能得到及时反馈和整改。
Responsible for measure of part and C/F, checking and assessment the dimension of part & C/F so that the quality issue can be found out, feedback and corrected in time.

主要职责Major Responsibility：
? 负责产品、检具的三坐标测量，对测量数据进行分析整理，拟定测量报告；
Responsible for measure of part and C/F, analysis and handling the measure data, writing measure report.
? 负责三坐标测量仪的维护和保养；
Responsible for maintenance of CMM.
? 负责对零件进行全尺寸测量，保留测量数据作为后续生产控制的参考；
Responsible for the layout manual measurement for part and keeping the reading as the reference for later production control;
? 负责对新检具做GR&R研究，并协助质量工程师解决GR&R研究中存在的问题；
Responsible for GR&R study of new checking fixture and fixing the issues from GR&R study together with quality engineer;
? 负责协助质量工程师对试模各阶段的零件和检具进行评估；
Responsible for assessment for the main stage part and C/F before Job1 together with quality engineer;
？ 做好各种原始记录的统计与保管工作，确保准确性和可追溯性；
Complete the statistics of various original records and the save it well, to ensure the accuracy and traceability
? 负责三坐标测量机的日常点检工作，确保其的完好；
Responsible for daily checking of CMM and ensuring its ok;
? 完成临时安排的各项任务。
Accomplish other works temporarily.

任职条件Qualification：
？ 大专以上学历；
Technical college degree or above.
? 精通大型三坐标测量机的操作及维护
Be proficient at using and maintenance of large scale CMM.
? 熟悉检具的结构和操作要求；
Familiar with the structure and operation requirements for checking fixture ;
? 熟悉使用质量工具；
Familiar with the tools for quality control;
? 了解产品在车身中的位置及主要作用；
Understand the position and main function in car for our panel;
? 有冲压件质量控制方面的经验；掌握三坐标测量机使用、测量编程；
Have experiences for quality controlling of stamping part; Know usage of CMM, programming measure.
? 细心、有责任心，团队协作能力强；
Good professionalism, strong team spirit;
？ 具备基本的英语知识；
Having basic knowledge of English.
? 能熟练运用Office软件 进行文档处理。
Can use Office soft skiled.
