职位描述/Position Description

编制冲压工程成本分析及预算报告，对生产线建设和新车型冲压项目成本进行管理，同时负责冲压团队培训体系的完善和管理。

Compile the cost analysis and budget report for paint shop, Managing for Production materials and Non-production materials and storage. Responsible for the construction of production line, cost management of Stamping project, management and completion of Stamping team’s training system.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

• 编制冲压工程年度成本预算报告；

Compile the annually cost budget report for Stamping Engineer.

• 编制每月的成本分析报告；

Compile the monthly cost analysis report for Stamping

• 编制生产线建设成本分析报告；

Compile the cost budget report of production line construction.

• 编制新车型冲压项目成本分析报告；

Compile the cost budget report of new motorcycle type Stamping project.

• 负责冲压团队培训体系的完善；

Responsible for completion of Stamping team’s training system

• 组织和管理冲压团队日常的培训和考核。

Responsible for organization and management of Stamping team’s daily training and evaluation.

任职条件Qualifications：

• 汽车工程等….相关专业本科以上学历。

Majoring in Automotive Engineering etc. Bachelor and above.

• 有成本相关经验者优先。

Experiences of cost will be a plus.

• 有汽车冲压相关行业1年经验以上。

More than one years’ experience in automotive Industry.

英文CET6级以上。

CET-6 or above.
