主要职责Major Responsibilities：

· 支持冲压生产日常的应用，确定模具的维修、更改需求，通过与模具供应商、冲压工艺工程师协作完成实施；

Support the daily application of stamping production. Confirm the requirement of die maintain and modify and put it into practice together with the die supplier and engineer.

· 编制模具、检具采购的技术协议. 参与模具结构评审和模具项目的管理，与冲压工艺工程师共同协作完成模具项目。

Constitute purchase technology contract of the die and checking fixture. Join in auditing the die structure and managing the die project. Complete the die project together with the die engineer.

· 按照审计的要求来进行模具和日常运作的控制管理。

Control and manage the die and daily operation according to the auditing requirement.

任职条件Qualifications：

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor Degree or above

· 具有汽车模具行业的专业知识及丰富的工作经验，具有模具结构、冲压工艺和日常支持知识及工作经验

Professional knowledge and abundant experience in Auto Industry. Knowledge and
experience in die structure, stamping process and daily die support.

· 具有根据生产需求制定模具方案的能力，具有对模具问题分析并协调解决的能力；

Have the ability to constitute die scheme according to the production requirement. Able to analysis and solve the die problems in phase.

· 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；

With good communication skill and team working ability.

· 具有英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required—CET4
