主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

• 协同项目团队其他成员共同推进项目进行。
  Lead projects in coordination with manufacturing team consisting members from diversified functions and different locations.
• 及时跟踪、跟进项目进展情况
  Track detail status of product development tasks.

• 协同总监和经理工作，与多方人员（工程类、非工程类）（国内的和国际的）共同工作，及时有效地推进整个项目的进展
  Supporting Managers and Director to lead cross functional teams consisting engineering and non-engineering, domestic and international team members to achieve timing and other objectives in process control of product development and product launch.
• 具体工作内容包括计划、人事协调、工程预算结算、投产支持协调、同期工程协调、工程变更管理、现场协调等方面的工作

Detail work contents mainly includes planning, personnel coordination, engineering budgeting, launch coordination, simultaneous engineering coordination, engineering change control management, on site coordination, and etc.

任职条件 Qualifications:

• 工程类本科以上学历

B.S. in Engineering from a leading four year university. MS in Engineering preferred.

• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力

Enjoying communicating with diversified groups and proven record of team work.

• 良好的英文能力
  Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• 能熟练掌握电脑
  Superior skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Project).
