主要职责Major Responsibilities：
· 组织分管的职能组制定工作计划和各项工作责任制度，并进行日常及定期督促检查实施
Set up work plan and job responsibility, and check and supervise daily
· 负责车间新项目的计划编制和资源的提出与准备
Charge making project planning and preparing resource
· 编制项目预算和协助项目预算的控制和分配
Make project budget and assist controlling budget and arrangement
· 负责编制工装设备的技术要求和购买工装设备
Charge making F&T specification and purchasing F&T.
· 负责编制新车工艺和各种质量文件
Charge making new car process and quality documents
· 投产前各项工作的准备和协助车间新车投产
Prepare for launch and assist shop for new car launch

任职条件Qualifications：

· 本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
· 在汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验
Have good vehicle knowledge and working experience
· 熟悉汽车冲压工艺，有良好的组织、协调管理能力
Be familiar with stamping process, have good organization and association management skills
· 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强
Good respected spirit, good team work skills
· 掌握计算机运用技术
Can use computer

具有英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required—CET4
