主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

· 对车身工艺进行分析和独立编制新车型车身工艺

Process analyses and make new car process independence

· 协助质量工程师发展和建立质量体系和相关质量文件

Assist quality engineer develop and establish quality system and quality

document

· 同投产团队购买工装设备和调整工装夹具设备

Assist purchasing facilities and tooling, Adjust fixture and other facility with launch team

· 跟踪产品变更以及及时调整变更的产品工艺

Trace production change and adjust process according the product design changed

· 对工艺过程进行人机工程/安全等各个方面的评估

Evaluate ergonomic and safety analyses and evaluate

· 设计新车平面布置图和不断改进

Develop new module car layout and improve it

· 协助工人和技师发展编制作业指导书

Assist worker and technician make work instruction

· 投产阶段产品/工艺/设备/质量等相关专业组成的跨功能小组，完成工艺方面所要求完成的任务

Production /process /facility /quality cross function team, responsible for process.

· 协助新车型的投产准备和投产

Assist new module car launch prepare and launch

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 具有汽车行业的专业知识及丰富的工作经验，具有焊接工艺和日常支持知识及工作经验；

Professional knowledge and abundant experience in Auto Industry. Knowledge and experience in process and operations support.

· 具有根据生产需求制定焊接工艺方案的能力，具有对焊接工艺问题分析并协调解决的能力；

Have the ability to constitute process scheme based on production requirements. Have the ability to analyze and solve the body process problems.

·具有较高的计算机技能，能熟练应用CAD、CATIA等工程设计软件；

Good computer skills and be familiar with using CAD,CATIA etc. project software.

· 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力；

Good communication skill and team working ability.

· 具有英语能力—四级以上

English skills required---CET4.
