Merchandiser
Requirements:
1,Min.3 years experience work on daily consumer products foreign trading industry. Experience on oral care products is preferred
2, Work under pressure/goal oriented/team player/ Organized, efficient/responsible
3, Work independently to liaise with factories and suppliers
4,Big account like, Wal-mart,Target,K-mart account experience is preferred
5,Good at details. Clear English and Chinese written
6,Good at office soft ware ,excel, word, power point
Job Responsibilities
1, Be responsible for open orders on correct artwork,preproduction sample,shipping mark,delivery date,shipment samples
2,Coordinate with R&D,Purchase,QC Dep to make sure open PO deliver on time with right quality
3,Update PO tracking list weekly to USA/UK office. Maintain and update PO tracking list daily
4,Filing artwork,paperwork from vendors/other departments which used for opening PO
5,Vendor's payment request submit and filing
