1. Coordinate first production inspection with Factory and attend the first production.

2. Help Quality manager in preparing SOPs, Inspection standards, Safety testing requirements for new products based on international product safety and testing standards like EN 71, ASTM F963, CA Prop 65, EN 76/768/ECC, REACH, CPSIA etc.

3. Coordinate 3^rd party safety testing with outside labs.

4. Lead customer Quality complaints, follow up root cause analysis with Vendor and issue the CAPA to resolve the issue.

5. Communicate with US and UK office for Quality related issues.

6. Help Quality manager in tracking the vendor performance and issue the score card to the Director of Quality.

7. Conduct the quality audit with the factory, Issue the report and follow up any corrective/preventive actions.

8. Maintain QC records, Sign off standards and retains.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with strong quality control knowledge

2. Familiar with International safety standards and testing requirements like EN 71, ASTM F963, CA Prop 65, EN 76/768/ECC, REACH, CPSIA ,3^rd party testing

3. Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Factory Audit

4. Minimum 3 years working experience in daily consumer products/Toy industry in foreign companies or trading companies as QA specialist

5. Good communication and coordination

6. Proficient written & spoken English and Strong PC skills
