requirements:

1) 5 years’ experience of production supervisor is a must, it indicates the requirement of:
必须有五年以上生产主管的工作经历,具有
* Production knowledge; 生产管理知识；
*Quality knowledge; 品质管理知识
*eople management skill; 人员管理技能
*Safety awareness and emergency handling experience 安全意识与处理紧急情况的经验

2) Good communication; 良好的沟通技能

3) Can work day and night shift, and weekend; 能够上白、夜班，可周末加班；

4) Enjoy the work, be passionate, decisive, self-motivated and patient; 热爱工作，具有工作热情，决心、激情和耐心；

5) With at least basically English and computer skill; 具备基本的英语与电脑技能

6) 35 years old or less. 35岁左右

Specify the work contents for the position:

1) Monitor one the line to make sure operators follow the requirements and work in proper and safe way, correct imporper actions and avoid risks (time 40%)

2)Evaluate operator's per formance and communicate with operators to achieve high team morate (time 30%)

3) Arrange operators' daily job to meet production requirement (time 10%)

4)Give produciton lines full supoort (such as communication in material supplications, spare parts) to keep the production running efficiently (time 5%)

5)Collect produciton data and find improement chances (time 5%)

6)Work with all other departments to reduce the cost by continuous improvement (time 5%)

7)Others, such as emergency (time 5%)
