1)College education, Majoring in International trade, English, Business or related disciplines.
2)Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
3)Hold Certification of BEC or PECT is preferred.
4)Well- versed with MS word, Excel, Outlook, Chart and PowerPoint.
5)Above 2 years work experience as an assistant.
6)Good communication skills, Detail-minded, independent and responsibility,well attitude and character.

Job Discription

1)Administration Duties for Group:Order supplies,attendance record,Org Chart updates,seating layout,contact phone list,annual leave & holiday schedule records and etc.

2)Set-up,layout and version/revision control of the Division Handbook ,including documentation of proess and procedures.

3)Management of Sample Room:Staff, process and procedures.

4)Common Drive File Management.

5)Expenses and Sample Development Reports.

6)Division Reporting.

7)Assisting of Division Directors on training guides,master schedules and etc.

8)Translation activities.

9)Maintain Master Project Number/Name.

10)Conference call management.
