Major Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for leading the quality control and improvement in process and customer quality service for DRAM assembly production business
2. Develop the quality inspection and in process quality control procedures for DRAM assembly process quality control
3.Review and discuss with the other operational dept about the process quality control and continuous improvement of DRAM assembly product in order to meet the requirements from customer and process specifications
4.Report and follow up the quality issue from the assembly process, raw material and customer’s feedback
5.Review and suggest the process change to improve the quality of product or process control
6.Analyze and judge the quality issue found from QC inspection or check or in production process
7.Internal line audit or company with customer’s line audit
8.Report the quality performance about the raw material and quality control result

1.制定DRAM封装制程品质控制的品质检验和工序品质控制程序文件
2.与其它生产运作部门一起评审和讨论DRAM封装产品的制程品质控制和持续改进，满足客户的要求和制程操作规范
3.报告和跟进封装制程，原物料和客户反馈的品质问题
4.评审和建议制程变更来改进产品的品质和制程控制
5.分析和判断QC检验或检查或在生产制程中出现的品质问题
6.生产制程在线稽核或陪同客户的品质保证审查
7. 报告原物料和产品控制的品质绩效

Qualifications:

1.BS or above, major in EE or ME or related
2.Have semiconductor assembly process or quality control working experience
3.Good communication, cooperation and working attitude aptitudes
4.Fluent with writing and oral in English

1.大学本科或以上，电子工程或机械工程或相关专业
2.有两年以上半导体封装制程控制经验，或相关品质控制工作经验
3.良好的沟通和合作能力，积极主动的工作态度
4.英语书写和口语流利
